Back in August of 2020, I posted Michelle’s Recommended Reading List. I decided that I wanted to make this a yearly post because with how much I read, I knew I would eventually have more books to add to the list. And I do! Though it’s not as many as last years (because admittedly I haven’t read as much as I would like in the last year or most of what I did read didn’t feel like it deserved a recommendation). Same as before, I am separating them by Fiction and Non-Fiction.
So here is my short addition to my recommended reading list!
Fiction
Good Omens by Neil Gaiman & Terry Pratchett
The Magus of the Library (Manga series) by Mitsi Izumi
Non-Fiction
The Moon + You by Diane Ahlquist
The Middle Finger Project by Ash Ambirge
Light Magic for Dark Times by Lisa Marie Basile
The Minimalist Home by Joshua Becker
The Art of War fo Writers by James Scott Bell
Zen in the Art of Writing by Ray Bradbury
Own It. Make Your Anxiety Work For You by Caroline Foran
What books have you read within the last year that you would recommend to someone? And have you found yourself leaning more toward Fiction or Non-Fiction books recently? As weird as it is for me to say, I’ve been reading more Non-Fiction books lately, mainly self-help, writing, and witchcraft. I would love to know! Have a great week everyone!
I’ve been reading more poetry collections lately than I ever have before. I have a true crime book cued up for my next review post.

I love that! Unfortunately, I’m not much of a poetry reader, but I admire those who are!
