So the time has come for me to find my second round of Beta Readers! I feel that with the feedback I received from the first round and also with some of the new ideas I’ve had, the second draft is heading in the right direction, but still needs a lot of tweaking!

So once again, I am asking for YOUR help in making this novel better! How can you do that? By applying to be one of my next Beta Readers here. I will be accepting applications up until Tuesday June 29th and notifying the chosen Beta Readers on Wednesday June 30th, and then on Friday July 1st, they will receive the novel in its entirety! (However, if you would prefer to receive it on a chapter-by-chapter basis, please let me know that in your form and I will set up a schedule for you). So get your application in as soon as possible!

The biggest change I am making for this round of Beta Readers is that I will be putting a deadline on the reading and giving of feedback. I didn’t last time and it really halted the editing process for this second draft… and I can’t have that happen again. So anyone chosen, please know that you will receive the novel on July 1st and I will expect your feedback on or before August 1st. Of course I will make exceptions under extenuating circumstances, but overall I expect the feedback no later than August 1st.

The second change is I will be providing a link to a feedback form where you can write down any and all feedback you have. There will be questions about character, plot, etc. I am looking for constructive feedback about the novel as a whole! I am not looking for feedback on grammar, sentence structure, etc because there is no guarantee of any word or sentence making it into the final draft!
