Michelle’s Recommended Reading List

Some of my favorite books have come from recommendations that people have given me. Over the years I have recommended books to friends, family, customers, and strangers on the Internet. I love giving book recommendations to people and it makes me happy when someone comes back to me and tells me they loved the book I recommended. Hearing those words makes me really happy because I’ve always believed one of the greatest joys in life is sharing what you love with others.

So here I am, recommending books to all of you! I have chosen these books for three reasons:

1- I have reread them multiple times throughout my life.
2- They have taught me a valuable lesson or motivated me to make changes in my life.
3- Simply because I love them and think others should read them as well.

I have organized the list by authors last names and genre. I made Fiction a broad category mainly because I was too lazy to separate them by their specific genres. We are starting off with Fiction and then going into Non-Fiction, which won’t be as long as the Fiction section.

The entire Circle of Three series by Isobel Bird
The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky

    • Admittedly, I’m not the biggest fan of short stories. They always leave me feeling like something is missing!

But this year has shaken everything up, so maybe it’s time to shake up my reading as well!
