So I posted this on Easter, but due to lack of views and no comments, I’m guessing it didn’t properly upload to my blog… again. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Because it’s kind of recurring! But here’s my post from Sunday!-
Over the past few weeks I’ve realized there is something I need in my life more than anything else right now- Change. Now due to financial limitations, I can’t change where I live (one day), BUT I can change how where I live looks, so I started making changes to my bedroom. I rearranged quite a bit of my furniture (I did it all in one day and I was really sore the next day, so I don’t recommend moving a lot of furniture in one day)! By doing this I’ve opened my room up more and now I have better designated areas for everything, so I feel like this will help me focus better and actually lead to me getting a lot of writing done (one can only hope)! I’ve also started doing some redecorating, moving pictures around, taking down posters, framing some pictures, just little tweaks here and there for now to help change the space I’m looking at most of the day.
With these small changes so far, I’m already feeling better, less stifled, more free and it’s leading to me ideas for other changes I can make to my surroundings and to my life overall. I’m hoping this small start will lead to better things for me and leave me with a better mental state so I can start maximizing my time and also my skills. I’ve also decided I really liked making my Divergent factions painting and that I want to continue on with it, so I bought some smaller and flatter canvases and just see where this takes me!
I might turn this into a series if people want to hear more about changes I’m making to my life, so let me know what you think! Also, what are some changes you’ve made to your life recently? I’d love to hear your stories!

Tried posting this twice, so here’s to hoping that a third attempt (and me reblogging this), will FINALLY get it posted to my site!

It does feel great to make changes. It makes me want to make even more changes and get myself to a better place. I need it.
