I’ve seen a lot of writers post about their writing process and post about other writer’s writing process. So I figured I would post about mine-

I don’t have one.

Honestly.

Really.

My writing process consists of me posting my “DO NOT DISTURB CREATIVE GENIUS GOING ON” sign on my bedroom door and that’s it. I don’t have a set place where I write or a particular writing method. I don’t have a special pen or notebook, a particular snack or drink, nothing like that.

I’m beginning to think my lack of a structured writing process is why I have so much trouble sitting down and actually writing instead of sitting there agonizing over… well everything!

So my questions of the day are- What is your writing process? And what advice would you give me in developing my own? Because I’m really beginning to think I need one!
